Payment Details - We accept cash, personal check, money orders, Paypal (with a 5% surcharge), and cashiers checks. We will accept
payments with a 25% down-payment and a signed contract. The horse(s) is/are to be paid in full before leaving our property. We reserve
the right to hold a horse and/or his/her paperwork until payment has cleared our bank. When you pay a deposit on your horse of choice,
that will reserve that horse for you until he/she is paid for. We hold foals until they are weaned and older horses for 2 weeks. If we hold
anything past two weeks (14 days), a $10/day care and board will be charged. Deposits and any/all monies paid toward the purchase of a
horse is non-refundable. Any money paid toward a horse(s) will be applied toward another horse in the event of unsound injury or death.
The buyer will receive all necessary AQHA and NFQHA paperwork with their equine purchase. Coggins tests and/or health certificates are
the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise discussed.
I describe all of our horses to the best of my ability. Since most of our horses are born and raised with us, I can tell you detailed information
on each and every one. Be sure to ask any questions you feel are necessary and feel free to come and look around. Vet checks are
welcome at the buyer's expense. Buyer may have our regular vet, Dr. Carver (Spiro, OK) or our alternate vet, Dr. Phillips (Greenwood,
AR). If the buyer wishes to have another vet, please check with us, as we have children and a business to run. We appreciate all interest
and if you have any questions, all you have to do is ask.
